Currently, only the M365 Tenant's main mailboxes (assigned an Exchange Online license) are archived.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow all Tenant's mailboxes to be archived.
Usually a M365 Tenant has its licensed mailbox plus a plethora of Shared Mailboxes for different use cases, which don't require a separate Exchange Online license.
