Rate Limited Doesnt Show How Many Emails Already Processed

See the following:

Rate Limited (its a Gmail mailbox so I have the appropriate limits set up via env vars). Apart from that, doesnt give much info. Would it be possible to also show how many files processed, and if any skipped due to error, etc?

We had discussed in the past why the progress bar is based on number of folders, I understand. But to at least show progress to users, that we are not 'stalled', is it possible to keep the processed files / skipped / etc. updated on the Jobs page for each refresh? Would give some warm and fuzzies that "something is happening".

Steps to Reproduce

Just wait until a job is stalled due to rate limiting.

Another item that may be good to add here would be the time when the rate limit expires and further processing is expected to restart.
