I am thinking now that maybe a copy should be stored in all labels used. In terms of Mail Archiver, perhaps keep one copy of the email, but then SYMLINK or something so that in the Archive view you can locate it via all sets of labels used? They may need to be an option to delete a label or something. Just thinking out loud here. |

I am seeing an 'issue' where I have 'sorted' a sent email by putting a label on it... so all emails, received and sent, concerning a certain topic have a particular custom label. Now, I do have Inbox and Sent enabled for IMAP view, in addition to ALL custom labels. While mail archiver keeps the label (or folder) and has all of the received email, it does not have any of the sent email. Presumably, this email would be found in the 'sent' folder instead.
So, it looks like 'sent' takes precedence in terms of deduplication and such. What is the best practice here?
