[Feature]: Ignore mail accounts on dashboard and archive search

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I use my user account also for administration of other user accounts and for adding mail accounts and bind them to user accounts. I don’t want to use an extra user account just for administration of these things. Therefore all mail accounts, also these ones related and bind to other users, are visible in my dashboard and the archive search.

Add a option for admin users to hide/unhide mail accounts in their dashboard and archive search.

Additional context

I love mail-archiver and I think this would be a nice feature too. What do you think about?
