Gmail Connection won't work

Well, i even figured out how to setup my 365 Business emailaccountsetup to import the data from them. But i fail getting my gmail account imported. I use imapg.gmail.com, Port 993, Checkbox Use SSL or STARTTLS activated and my credentials are correct, but it keeps saying, that Connection to emailserver could not be established. Please check your Settins and make sure, the server can be reached. When i check on my docker host it can reach out to imap.gmail.com:993 and i get certificate etc. But no joy yet. Any idea, what to do? No, i am not utilizing MFA.

Did you create an app password in Gmail? https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords
