[Feature]: Extend Logs / History of Background Jobs

I often want to see a full history of the background jobs that happened and even seeing the details if possible for quick reviewing if things went right / according to plan

Describe the solution you'd like

A permanent historical record available for downloading / viewing of the background jobs, as well as extending the current 20 logs limit to more than that to let us view through the history through the UI as much as we can

Additional context

I tend to archive a lot of emails and I handle a lot of accounts for our small business. This would be another metric that is great for tracking.

I could contribute but I am not fluent in C#, but I might try my hands on it, but most likely it will just be AI generated so I put my request here instead
