This is the first public draft release of the Small Organizations Records Framework (SORF).
SORF is an independently stewarded public documentation framework for small organizations that need clearer records for responsibilities, vendors, access references, continuity notes, incident timelines, and review routines.

Do not store passwords, API keys, private keys, seed phrases, MFA recovery codes, authentication tokens, payment card information, or other secret values in SORF templates.
Completed templates may contain sensitive organizational information and should be stored, protected, reviewed, and shared appropriately.
