The module docstring still described operator-curated (miss recorded, operator presses Download) as the default; that is now the --curate mode. Auto-fetch on miss is the default. Signed-off-by: Simon A. F. Lund <os@safl.dk>

The

This missed the v0.3.0 merge by timing, so 0.3.0 shipped with the old wording.
Merging this changes no version, so it does not trigger a release; it rides the
next one.
