The workflow file was renamed to ci-cd.yml, so the README badge URL (actions/workflows/ci.yml) 404'd. Point both the badge image and its link at the current workflow. Signed-off-by: Simon A. F. Lund <os@safl.dk>

The workflow file is now
ci-cd.yml; the README badge still pointed atci.ymland 404'd. Points the badge image + link at the current workflow. No version change, so no release.
