Slot list-footer not accessible by keyboard

When I am added a new <li> tag to the "list-footer" slot I describe, its item will be accessible by the keyboard arrows as a regular list of results.
Currently, only a list of results accessible by arrows (up and down).

Is it possible to make list-footer and list-header slots accessible by arrows?
