Feature Request: `allowClear: [true/false]`

Similar to Select2's property allowClear: true/false, expose a property that does not allow the selection of a null/empty value

How would you like this to work? If the component blurs and the value is empty, add a css has-error state?

• Require a default value
• Do not allow value to be cleared

If allowClear: true

• Resume normal behavior

I fixed this with a hack to hide the cross button inside the component where i use the select widget.

    .v-select .dropdown-toggle button.clear{
        display: none;
    }

EDIT:
The above hides the cross/cancel icon for the selection. But doesn't still allows you to toggle it off if you re-select the already selected option. So apparently there's no way to limit the user from not de-selecting the value.

Have you tried https://vue-select.org/api/props.html#clearable, i.e. <v-select :clearable="false" ... ?
