Drop the recent changelog items that overlap with the changelog items which will be retrieved from Git history after the transition from dumb packaging. Add .changes.run file to enable changelog extraction from Git history under SDK - it would use just the static changelog otherwise, with the consequence of rpmlint complaining about version mismatch.
