[query] how to use pre/pors_tool_call on agentforce?

I can see, we have pre/post_tool_call in this repo but nothing related to it is present in documentation and how to use the same in agentforce?

Want to understand if these hooks are supported or not? If yes do we have some examples that we can refer?
