Important changes

Sal 4.3.0 had issues that weren't spotted in testing, so has been removed.
The docker hub images are now not being updated and will be removed in the near future. All future pulls should be from ghcr.io/salopensource/sal
the sal-saml image has been deprecated. All users should use the ghcr.io/salopensource/sal. Please see the instructions in the Readme for more details.
