Adds:

  • P0 replay report template (PASS/FAIL audit structure)
  • 5 synthetic negative case fixtures (per-file expected_outcome)
  • P0 session state machine lint script (claim-pattern lint, not research validation)
  • GitHub Actions workflow: Lint P0 Session Infrastructure (schema hygiene only)
  • Evidence Ladder in README (current position: Level 0)

This patch also aligns the P0 session state machine with the lint (per-state forbidden_from, real_participant_data_prohibited flag, check_N_ map keys) and repairs a corrupted negative-case fixture. CI lint now passes.

Boundary: synthetic/sample helper only · no human data · no benchmark validation · no mediation validation · not Sal-Meter · not CAIS compliance · not production readiness. P1-P3 human-subject research operates under separate IRB governance outside this repository.
