Smart Notification Delivery Service with Adaptive Channel Routing


Project Description

NotifyEngine is an intelligent notification routing application that learns from user behavior to automatically choose the best channel for each message, whether that’s SMS, email, push, or in‑app delivery. Designed for developers and product teams sending high‑volume notifications, it acts like a recommendation engine for how to reach users most effectively. Unlike static notification tools like Courier, Knock, or Novu that rely on fixed rules, and enterprise platforms like Braze or MoEngage that are costly and not truly developer‑first, NotifyEngine offers a simple, ML‑powered API with per‑user channel selection that continuously improves with every notification sent. The result is higher engagement rates, lower SMS spend, fewer failed or missed notifications during provider outages, and significantly less engineering effort spent maintaining complex routing rules and multiple integrations.
