How to enable the Private DNS QuickTile? It doesn't trigger Shizuku

I don't understand how Essentials is supposed to work to enable certain Quicktiles. Because for some, it's obvious:

While for others like Private DNS, the "Check" button doesn't do anything. Neither does the "Shizuku" button when I long press > What is this? > Shizuku:

How to enable a Quick setting tile that shows only the Check button, that doesn't do anything?

I used a specific app before, that also leveraged Shizuku to enable a nice PrivateDNS QuickTile and it triggered Shizuku automatically to enable it. I removed that app since I discovered Essentials, but I don't understand why there is different ways to enable certain Quicktiles, and it's totally unclear how to enable this one.

I can copy the ADB command but then what? Shizuku has no terminal. Am I supposed to install a terminal app to run this command? Why is this not necessary in other apps that enable this specific Quick Tile?

Edit: starting to think this may be caused because I already had that tile via this app, that also leveraged Shizuku: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flashsphere.privatednsqs
But I removed this app (and Shizuku, then reinstalled Shizuku). There doesn't seem a way now to enable the QuickTile via Essentials..
And in Shizuku, there is no way to revoke the earlier granted permission (of the removed app).
