[Feature]: Vibrate when call answered/ended

Problem Statement

Sometimes I'm caught off guard when I start a call, and while occupied, I don't realize the other person answered because they will be silent for 4 seconds before they say hello

Proposed Solution

I would like the phone to vibrate when the phone has stopped dialing and the call has actually started (answered by the recipient) or when it is on hold/disconnected (I also find the displeasure of putting my phone down and still thinking I'm talking to the other person but in reality I'm talking to myself)

Alternatives Considered

I have built my own macro in MacroDroid that depends on the phone app notification changing from "calling" to "ongoing call 00:00" (vibrate when call starts) and when that notification disappears (vibrate when disconnected)

Actually this would be a fairly easier implementation since my other app already has detection for call status. I will try to port the logic over and add this feature.
