[Feature]: advanced hotspot settings for pixel phones

Problem Statement

Coming from samsung it always frustrates me how pixels even lack of basic functionality when it comes to tethering.
You cant manage auto turn-off, you can’t limit device number, you can’t hide your hotspot, you can’t ban specific mac adresses. Having this would be a game changer for me!

Proposed Solution

Customized hotspot option similar to delta, but more modern and integrated into the app.

Alternatives Considered

Delta, but its not updated in a while and doesn’t support 6g

I can look into this but keep in mind that I will not be able to extend it's functionalities as I do not have the capable devices nor my region supports those features so we will need contributions in order to improve. And a lot of testing.
