[Bug]: battery widget doesn't getting proper battery info immediately.

Bug Description

I suggest to add a tap to refresh feature in this widget with a time delay.

That's totally my opinion there's no other issue or bug there it's just it takes some time to get the details. If you think that's inconvenient close this issue. Or if you can get charge or discharge info immediately that refresh feature not needed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add battery widget
2. Plugin charger
3. Battery status not update as cherging
4. Wait a few minutes or rconnect to Bluetooth or other device to get the updated information.

Expected Behavior

Battery status updated immediately or after clicking the widget

In my phone background get proper synchronized but the circle doesn't get synchronized. It becomes some kind of dark white mixture like the photo.
