[Bug]: Too many frozen apps shortcuts causes redraw whenever swiping to the home screen.

I have a lot of shortcuts to frozen apps on my home screen, and when swiping back to the home screen that causes a redraw after a little less than a second waiting. The home screen is still interactive, but after the redraw, open folders close, and if I switched to a different home screen panel it might switch back to the previous one.
The more shortcuts to frozen apps I have the more noticeable it is. I also have animations set to be faster than default which makes it even more noticeable.
