Hi, I tested the feature but it's not working, it still says dev mode is active. Could you release a separate app for this function? Seriously, great! 💖 I have a YouTube channel and many people are looking for this function, it's called Odorizzi, and I'll also make a full video of your app there hahaha and congratulations on the app!

One question: does the "verify" button work? I pressed it and nothing happened, friend.

Suggestion: upon entering the app, you could request all app permissions at once, it would help a lot, and in accessibility mode, it could automatically disable sometimes. Best regards and congratulations!

Hi! So I assume there are missing permissions so that answers why it isn't working. you need to grant WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS permission either via Shizuku or via a PC using ADB. this is a one time thing.

You can either run the command copied from the permission dialog, or go to app's settings, expand the permissions section and press auto grant in shizuku card to grant WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS. And yes, this is the place where you can grant all permissions easily.

Then, make sure to create a shortcut for the added app in the edit dialog for what shut up features to use. Then make sure to always use that toggle. This should work.

Yes it won't work as the permission is not granted. Please try again after granting the WRITE_SECURE_PERMISSION. Go to settings, expand permissions section and tap on the auto grant button in the shizuku section. Done :) Then you don't evne need Shizuku.

Hey @sameerasw really love what you are doing here. Amazing work. I am running into issue with essentials shut up as well. I followed all the steps, granted permissions via adb shell, the grant was detected. It let me configure toggles for the desired apps. I then created the shortcut as instructed.

When i press on the shortcut, it animates like it is trying to open, but nothing happens. then after a few seconds I get the android dialog the "Essentials keep crashing: Wait, Close"

Really apprciate any help here

Sim, não vai funcionar, pois a permissão não é concedida. Por favor, tente novamente após conceder o WRITE_SECURE_PERMISSION. Vá em configurações, expanda a seção de permissões e toque no botão de concessão automática na seção Shizuku. Feito :) Então você nem precisa da Shizuku.

Dude, I was testing the app's features and the notification center disappeared, when you pull it up, only the notifications appear, the center doesn't, what now?

Firstly congratulations on such a brilliance of an app. Particularly shut up as a great addition.

I used to use Geto (a FOSS app akin to shut up). But with no active development it is useless now.

One of the apps only needs accessibility services hidden so it works flawlessly. But it still requires Shizuku to be turned off. Could you hide Shizuku app too?

The other app (banking app) doesn't respect shut up. It checks dev options and shut up isn't able to do so. I have already granted the write secure settings permission.

Shut Up doesn't work for me either, opens for a second, tries to do it's thing with the material shape loading screen, and then crashes. Using it to open a government app, keeps checking for developer options ;-;

Do crashes for it show up in the log? I could probably post it here if they do.
