[Bug]: features request shizuku even with root

Bug Description

Several features such as forced refresh rate and status bar configuration still prompt for shizuku permissions even tho I have granted root to the app.

Steps to Reproduce

Clean install
Grant root
Display-> status bar icons

Expected Behavior

Shizuku is not needed

Ohhh I see the issue... Write secure settings can be granted with shizuku but I might have missed to add root support for granting permission.

You have enabled the use root toggle in settings I assume right?

Yes, it's enabled , both in the app and in my root provider.

Yeah this refresh rate one needs some fixes, it was contributed by a community member but I could not risk my device testing it. (Worked on old device).

Plus the root permission part is often missed by me as I can't test it not being rooted. That being said the root & shizuku implementation is done smoothly so if you enable "Use root" in settings it should switch easily. I will see if that was not used in this feature or missed to include.
