Managed the Font size.

Added the dimens.xml file, and added the resizeable font size which prevented the overflow or the text.

I tried the PR but I could not see a visual fix or a marquee effect in picker elements, can you check again? Thanks!

Do you specifically need marquee effect, or shall I make the text resizable, here?

This is the marquee effect. Resizing the text won't help as the user intended to have larger text/ font size. So I think we might have to do some R&D for this or find a project that helps with this effect.

There are a few other places that I'd like to have this effect, but I can merge this as it is or let you implement in those places as well if you like to. Let me know what you prefer.

1. The searchbar placeholder text (IDK if possible)
2. the bottom toolbar in some places like inside features
   
3. instead of just modifying the vibration picker component, update the global picker to support this marquee effect so it works for any sue of that same picker component like in scale and animations settings.
   
4. same as 3 in some other places like statusbar icons, caffeinate, quick settings tiles, freeze tab freeze buttons, app names in freeze tab, DIY tab text, freeze settings page
