Reconstruct receipt loss after receiver moves and deletions with separate CLI
processes over TCP and HTTPS. Verify unchanged moved-file bytes and timestamps,
retry acknowledgments, and retain files recreated before a replay. Exercise
restored uploader recovery against the same real server. Keep physical mobile
lifecycle and installed-release acceptance in the queue.

No artifacts on this release. It is a patch; packages are built for minor bumps (X.Y.0) and on request. The newest release that carries them is the one to install — or run the Build workflow by hand with 0.20.18 as the version.
