Extend the native TCP and Compose HTTPS acceptance smoke with a restored
receiver application-data directory. The real receive client explicitly
reconciles its unchanged source identity, then completes guarded move and
delete effects using the restored registry. Refresh the queue and roadmap so
only receiver edge cases and owner acceptance remain in sync 0.6.

No artifacts on this release. It is a patch; packages are built for minor bumps (X.Y.0) and on request. The newest release that carries them is the one to install — or run the Build workflow by hand with 0.20.24 as the version.
