Add app controls to open a prepared receive queue and apply bounded batches.
Freeze editing and reject concurrent IPC until verified clean reloads are
installed; retain the barrier after uncertain outcomes or incomplete recovery.
Dirty buffers, drafts and active composition refuse admission. Update the sync
contract and queue to put divergence handling next. The full local gate passed,
including Windows cross-target clippy, client recovery and frontend barrier
regressions. The development app launched, but native UI automation could not
access its unbundled window; installed-release owner acceptance remains open.

No artifacts on this release. It is a patch; packages are built for minor bumps (X.Y.0) and on request. The newest release that carries them is the one to install — or run the Build workflow by hand with 0.20.6 as the version.
