⭐️ Feat: BACKUP to External drive

Description

I want to be able to backup specific Ollama models to external HD - models I don't use regularly, but that I don't want to delete, and free up the disk space on my mac.

Example: Wizard. Mixtral 8x22b. etc.

Alternatives

Dig through the Ollama bullshit manifests and copy them over by hand?

Can you contribute?

I will cashapp you $100 right now if you give me this feature, let's not waste time.

Moving models to a different physical location and perhaps symlinking them back so they'll still work in Ollama when the drive is plugged in should be doable.

I'm pretty busy at the moment but I'll give some thought to it when time allows.
