Changes

• removed react-hot-loader/babel plugin from .babelrc file, and placed into webpack-config/buildExample.js instead
  • this was done to avoid bundling react-hot-loader into final umd module build
• updated .gitignore to exclude yarn-error.log and include PhpStorm IDE config
