Browser/web demo release. Fixes wgpu browser surface initialization by providing the required Web display handle when creating the browser InstanceDescriptor, and bumps Cranpose workspace packages to 0.1.7. Validated by local cargo fmt/test/clippy, local Android/wasm/robot checks, browser WebGL smoke, and GitHub Actions run 26211809430.
