Summary

• add dedicated Hermes MCP integration guide with copy-paste config for local command and npx usage
• add sample Hermes prompts, troubleshooting matrix, test record, and demo screenshot artifacts
• add Hermes runtime smoke script that verifies alice_recall/alice_resume/alice_open_loops through Hermes MCP tool registration
• update alice-cli with an mcp passthrough command for npx-based Hermes launch
• make Alice MCP server transport compatible with current Hermes MCP stdio framing while preserving existing Content-Length behavior
• extend MCP integration test coverage to assert alice_open_loops behavior
