docs: Skiller 1.1.0 and your own agent skills Plugin-Skiller: the skill picker, saving a proposal for one of your own skills as a new skill, its versions window, the pipeline steps, limits, how a saved skill reaches the agent and the evaluation status. Agent Skills and Global Settings: missing toggle is off, 20 per project, names, versions and quarantine. Home and Plugins: Skiller works on your own skills too.
