Agent Skills and Global Settings: missing toggle is off, 20 per project, names, versions and quarantine. Home and Plugins: Skiller works on your own skills too. docs: finish the Plugins page; link it from the sidebar and Home Plugins.md is no longer a draft: what the platform needs, turning it on and off (and what an older engine or a weak internal key does), the downgrade warning, installing and updating, and Skiller end to end (install, choose its model, run it on a finished chat, review and approve, versions and reset). Install from file no longer assumes the catalog is unpublished, and a revoked plugin's card offers Update when a good release exists. MCP Tool Plugins says it is not the same as Plugins; project export says plugin data is excluded; Agent Skills covers a version whose part was removed; the plugin tile in Models by feature shows the plugin's line about its model use.
