Docs and metadata cleanup.

  • README now leads with pip install acroforge (PyPI is live).
  • acroforge.__version__ now reads from installed package metadata (was hardcoded).
  • Removed em/en dashes across the repo.

No code/behavior changes to the engine or detection.
