Create an API Trigger for the Process

The tutorial's first step is to Acquire a template project - Sales Order Management (MI03) from the store. However, the workflows used in the tutorial and in MI03 are different.

The template project to be used in this tutorial should be Sales order Management (MI01) and an additional step to create datatype (SalesOrder) must be added.
