• Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for both an “AWS-for-Web3” infrastructure suite (L2/L3 rollups, DA layer) and the Blyz application platform, guiding protocols from ideation and technical specs through launch readiness.
• Lead 3 cross-functional teams (7+ engineers/designers) to ship a self-serve rollup builder and drive PMF search by mapping user journeys, prioritizing core features, and iterating with community feedback.
• Coordinate GTM with sales/marketing and lead technical integrations with ecosystem partners (e.g., LayerZero, Dune) to secure co-grant programs and early pilot clients.
• Define activation, retention, and cost KPIs, running user interviews and experiments to improve onboarding and self-serve adoption.
