Main Changes and Fixes

  1. Stabilization of Distributed Parallel Features

    • In ver4.6, distributed parallel functionality was introduced. In this release, issues occurring when a forced stop was issued mid-computation have been resolved.
    • This ensures stable parallel execution in cluster environments.

  2. Compilation Fixes

    • During testing, a bug in the compilation of disjunctions was discovered and corrected.

  3. Editor Bug Fixes

    • Minor issues in the EdLog editor have been addressed.
    • These improvements enhance the stability and usability of everyday editing tasks.

Notes

  • The distributed parallel functionality allows multiple child processes to execute in parallel over TCP/IP. Previously, stopping a process mid-way could leave residual issues; this has now been fixed.
  • The compilation fix ensures that more complex logical expressions are handled correctly.
