Rename diviskit-optin → skit-optin for the WordPress.org trademark review ("Diviskit" was flagged as a Divi portmanteau), plus tpl_html sanitization hardening.

Changes

• All identifiers renamed: skit_optin_* options/table/cron, skit_* function prefix, skit-optin REST namespace + menu slug + text domain, [skit_optin_form] shortcode, skit-* assets and admin CSS classes
• Two-step legacy migration (skml_* and diviskit_optin_* → skit_optin_*); diviskit-optin/v1 REST namespace and [diviskit_optin_form] remain as aliases so already-sent confirmation links keep working
• tpl_html now requires unfiltered_html; wp_kses mail allowlist fallback for everyone else
• Regenerated .wordpress-org banner + icon with new name
