Adds the `-h` alias for the `--help` command-line option and updates the README to reflect the change.
Adds the `-h` alias for the `--help` command-line option and updates the README to reflect the change. This change also introduces a new constant `Flag_HelpShort` in `SR.cs` and updates the command-line parser to recognize the new alias.
