Creating a quiz using HTML, CSS Bootstrap, and JavaScript and Jquery.
For this assignment I was only given requirements and no starter code. All code was made from scratch and designed from scratch.

When you click on the start button a question will appear on the screen and a timer will begin counting down. You will begin a quiz that is composed of a series of random questions. At the end of the quiz your score will be saved and you can try to beat your high score.
WHEN I click the start button THEN a timer starts and I am presented with a question WHEN I answer a question THEN I am presented with another question WHEN I answer a question incorrectly THEN time is subtracted from the clock WHEN all questions are answered or the timer reaches 0 THEN the game is over WHEN the game is over THEN I can save my initials and score
