CIAToolsXP is a derivative version of CIATools that runs on any version of Windows starting with Windows XP!

It uses the .NET Framework 4.0, which is supported starting with Windows XP. The core features remain the same

The C# code and Python scripts have been mostly modified by removing all references to Linux, and are now compatible with C# 2.0 & Python 3.4.4

Be sure to install Python 3.4.4 or later on your system.
