Release 2.1.25 (74) doesn't support macOS Catalina 10.15.7

I found that the latest version of Syntax Highlight, Release 2.1.25 (74), does not support macOS Catalina 10.15.7, whereas Release 2.1.24 (73) still does.
I wonder if this is a bug or an intended behavior?

CPU: Intel.
Operating System: macOS Catalina 10.15.7.
