Update 5 April 2024 Cowboy Neil posts with:

• Modern frontmatter (remove wordpress_id/url, author_login/url, date_gmt, comments; add tldr, faq schema, SEO-optimized descriptions and tags)
• Fix heading hierarchy (### -> ## for top-level sections)
• Add internal links to newer posts and compliance/feature pages
• Expand thin posts (buyers: ~650->1500 words, vendors: ~700->1500 words)
• Update sbomify positioning (GitHub Action, 11 enrichment sources, Trust Center, SBOM hierarchy, GitHub attestation, self-hostable)
