Mise en place JDX vs full dockerized setup with devcontainer

[sbounmy]

it's a pain to run in a full dockerized setup :

• playwright extension doesnt work properly because we need to install npx etc inside the container

• cursor sometime get buggy with path vs volume
• cant git push because no ssh keys inside container
• need to switch between regular terminal for some commands : npx playwright, git etc

however devcontainer play nicely with docker

Should we move to mise for ruby / node etc and keep docker for accessories (database) but actuially we are on sqlite3

another thing is mcp browsers is not working well because it cant reach properly our host mcp server

Attempting initial server discovery on startup...
Starting server discovery process
Will try hosts: 127.0.0.1, 127.0.0.1, localhost
Will try ports: 3025, 3026, 3027, 3028, 3029, 3030, 3031, 3032, 3033, 3034, 3035
Checking 127.0.0.1:3025...
Error checking 127.0.0.1:3025: fetch failed
Checking 127.0.0.1:3026...
Error checking 127.0.0.1:3026: fetch failed

I will give a shot for mise today.

especially we are using sqlite3 and the solid family so we dont have much accessories that could justify docker
