Feature request: all steamid format support for search query #1000

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently only Steam2 format is support in search query
Describe the solution you'd like
Adding support for any type of steamid formats (2,3,64..)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Consider updating all query but it can be breaking changes.
The best solution will be to detect the steamid format as input, convert it to steam2 like that we do not touch any sql queries.
Additional context
Since sbpp support multiples games, it need to also support differents steamid format
