Initial draft of a reporter class to manage solidity-coverage console output. Also:

  • logs ganache and truffle versions on launch
  • prettier instrumentation / skipping output
  • adds fail-safe truffle library (5.0.31) to dist for users on versions which don't support requiring truffle as a module.
