Don't merge yet. DOM is not yet published.

I just published on Sonatype. When it's sync'ed I'll republish DOM 0.7.0.

@lihaoyi Do you think you would have time to publish updated versions of your libraries today or tomorrow? Compared to M1, I expect you won't need to do anything but change the version number in project/plugins.sbt.

@alexandru Same question about MiniTest.

I published DOM 0.7.0 on Sonatype.

• upickle 0.2.6-M3
• utest 0.2.5-M3
• scalatags-0.4.3-M3
• scalarx-0.2.7-M3

They'll be synced to maven central in a few minutes.

I also cross-tested these under fullOpt and fastOpt. Things seem to work.
