Code Review

This pull request downgrades grpc-java from version 1.75.0 to 1.74.0. While this is likely to address a stability issue, the change lacks documentation. My review includes a suggestion to add a comment in build.gradle to explain the reason for the downgrade. This is important for future maintenance and to prevent the issue from being accidentally reintroduced. I also highlighted the need to consider any potential security vulnerabilities in the older version.
