A previous change means environment variables now get refreshed in the SGP Tracing Processor, which happens before the build_info_path gets written into os.environ.
This means that follow up calls to get the refreshed environment variables don't cause this to get picked up.
Grabbing this value directly from os.environ instead here so this works in agents with SGP tracing enabled.
