barchart - fix the x axis tick issue

Description:
The issue comes from foreignObject Rendering:

• Incorrect overflow: Should be in style, not as direct attribute

• No explicit height caused rendering issues in some browsers

And we also add a TickContainer to make sure that ensure the tick labels are always properly centered, regardless of what other CSS might be affecting the page!
